We love coming to work!  Our team makes the day fun and exciting for each other and our patients.

Each member of our dental team was selected by Dr. White based upon his or her credentials, chair-side demeanor, and passion for providing the very best in personalized dental care.  From our front desk staff to our dental assistants and hygienists, every member of our Asheville dentistry team is dedicated to ensuring the total comfort and satisfaction of each of our patients.  Whether patients visit Asheville Family Dentistry  in Asheville for a routine examination and cleaning, or for a more complex cosmetic dentistry session including such treatments as veneers or dental implants, they can rest assured that they will receive the most thorough care available from our friendly and knowledgeable team.

Mary Guenther- Business Manager

I have been working in the dental field for 8+ years. I have also worked in veterinary medicine, and before that, in obstetrics and gynecology. My dad was a dentist so I spent my early years hanging around his office. I grew up in a suburb of Cleveland, Ohio, met my husband at Ohio State, and moved to Asheville in 1973. Jim and I have a daughter, Amy, who is working on her masters degree at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. We also have a spoiled rotten Springer Spaniel whose name is Libby. I very much enjoy working with Dr. White and our great team, taking long walks, and reading good books.

Becky Blankinship- Business Coordinator

I have worked in front office management for 9 yrs and genuinely enjoy working closely with patents. I have been married to my wonderful husband Randy for 26 years and we have been blessed with two children, Christy & Kenny, both of whom are married. In 2009 I became a Grammy as our daughter Christy & her husband Josh had a child, Aubrey. I love spending time with my family which thankfully I am able to do often. I also like to travel, picnic at Biltmore Estate, & just be at home.

Asheville Family Dentistry is a great place to work. Dr White is AWESOME & we have the greatest dental team in town. I most enjoy the patients, getting to know them & their family is very important to me and makes the office a welcoming place to be. I hope when you visit us it’s the best part of your day.

Sabrina Ledbetter- Dental Assistant

I became a dental assistant in 2000 after completing the Asheville/Buncombe Community College dental assisting program.  I live in Waynesville and enjoy spending all of my spare time with my husband, Tre, and our two children.  Our daughter, Taylor, attends Tuscola High School and is very active in sports and academics. Our son, Will, is in his first year of school and has a large personality. We all enjoy playing and watching all types of sports and vacationing anywhere the weather is warm!  I enjoy every aspect of my job and love working with my new team. 

Audrey Clements- Hygienist

I have been working as a dental hygienist for over 20 years.  I first became interested in the dental field when I had braces as a young adult and began taking classes at Asheville/Buncombe Community College.

I grew up here in the mountains and cannot image living anywhere else. Don and I have two sons, Caleb and Jacob.  Caleb, our oldest, is in the business program at Asheville/Buncombe Community College with dreams of becoming an entrepreneur. Our youngest, Jacob, is a junior at AC Reynolds High School. We also have a cat named Pounce who is like a close member to our family.

I enjoy spending time with my family, vacationing at the beach, reading, and working in my yard.  I feel very blessed to be a part of a great team here at Asheville Family Dentistry.
